For the Love of Laundry Pte Ltd – Human Resource Executive

1. Full spectrum of HR duties (recruitment & selection, performance management, compensation & benefits and training & development)
2. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
3. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc)
4. Computation on employees' OT claim and Drivers' incentives
5. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
6. Handle disciplinary matters
7. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
8. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
9. Required to translate internal memos to Chinese (for Chinese employees)
10. Provide clerical and administrative support to the GM
11. Any others duties as assigned by GM

Education/Work Experience Requirements:

1. Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification in relevant discipline
2. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (required to communicate with Chinese employees)
3. Proven relevant experience
4. Good knowledge of labour law (i.e. Employment Act, Foreign Worker Act, etc)
5. Good written and communication skills

Working Hours and Location: 

1. 5.5 days work week
2. Monday to Friday – 9am to 6pm
3. Saturday - 9am to 1pm
