Foodpanda Singapore Pte Ltd – Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) guideline creation, documentation and full mapping across all business functions: Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Finance, etc. A full holistic view of the company’s operations
• Coordinate and implement management initiatives, and operational processes
• Create full process mapping and design to understand if procedures are required
• Develop policies procedures through template designs and full written documentation in a clear and concise manner
• Monitor and document full internal processes
• Ensure adequate internal procedures and controls are in place with checks and balances
• Other duties as required (this is a flexible position with the opportunity to grow and develop yourself according to your own ambitions)
  

  Requirements

• You have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements, already demonstrated leadership and graduated with an outstanding degree from a top ranking university

• Your first experiences in a high-performance environment and your strong organizational skills distinguish you from other applicants

• An essential trait for this role is that you are familiar with structuring and setting up efficient business processes; an academic and professional background in process design and implementation is a strong plus
