This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Human Resource Manager.

Job Description

About the job:

The Human Resources Intern will directly assist the Human Resources Manager with a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, employer branding initiative and new project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently and be responsible for setting up and optimizing HR operations. He or she will gain a better understanding of HR roles in a dynamic start-up setting and the e-commerce sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the coordination of all HR initiatives
  • Assist with recruitment activities and coordinate interview schedules
  • Ensure all employees’ documents are filed in P-files in timely manner
  • Perform day-to-day office administration support such as pantry and stationeries requisition, printers and mails
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • Familiar with the importance of Singapore’s employment law and compliance, especially regarding employment eligibility, confidentiality, proper maintenance of employee files, and forms
  • Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in Human Resources or Administrative fields
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and internet applications
  • You have a proven track record of personal, academic and professional achievements
  • People-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
