Job Description

We are looking for interns who are interested in opportunities to:

  • Identify prospective small and big businesses that want to adopt QR code payment for retail payment
  • Prepare documents for clients to sign up for QR-code payment
  • Learn and sharpen customer service skills inclusive (but not limited to) telephone etiquette, handling customer queries, handling feedback from customers, and providing solutions to clients
  • Learn scheduling and coordination of daily schedule and workflow of operations team
  • Assist in tracking, monitoring, and documenting projects and perform follow-ups with various external stakeholders including merchants, vendors, and electronic wallets
  • Performing other assigned duties if necessary

Requirements:

  • Able to commit full-time for 12 weeks
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and possess good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
