Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in Social Media Management (answering customers’ inquiries, generating content and scheduling posts etc.).
- Managing customer service (orders follow-up and coordination).
- Plan, coordinate and execute events and activities to promote brand awareness
- Data entry and ad hoc duties as assigned.
