PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform the day to day processing of financial transactions to ensure that financial records are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
2. Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
3. Data entry invoices for payment
4. Prepare vendor cheques for mailing
5. Maintain and update vendor files and file numbers
6. Perform other related duties as required
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
1. Relatively good communication skills
2. Keen to learn and contribute meaningfully to the team
3. Has a good working attitude and a personable personality
4. Pro-active and able to work independently
QUALIFICATION
1. Diploma in Finance (or related)
