Flex-Solver is a retail IT provider founded in 2015. We work on various projects including various retail solutions and self-service kiosks for SMEs in Southeast Asia.

We are looking for third or final year students to join us as a Full-time or Part-time Intern.

Responsibility

• Update internal databases with new employee information
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
• Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed
• Assist career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
• Support ad-hoc projects.
• Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time.

Requirements 

• Have a strong passion in Human Resources and want to learn more about the various HR functions
• Love working and contributing in a fast-paced environment
• Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
