Job Description
Responsibility
- Update internal databases with new employee information
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Assist career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
- Support ad-hoc projects.
- Undertake any other duties in relation to the job scope as assigned by your superior from time to time
Requirements
- Have a strong passion in Human Resources and want to learn more about the various HR functions
- Love working and contributing in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines with good organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive
