Fix-It LLP – Marketing Intern

Fix-It. It is founded on the principle of "renovation made easier", the notion that people new to office renovation don't have to "sink or swim" - they can be helped and guided along a for a smoother renovation process.

Since its inception, Fix-It continues to empower Office Managers to stop worrying about the process, start planning, and return their focus to the project's objectives. 

Responsibilities:

1) Email Marketing:

• Send out emails to existing contacts
• Use inputs provided and do up the monthly email based on a template. Sort out email lists to filter out the right recipients
• Add customer information into the CRM

2) Website:

• Use inputs provided and create pages on website with the site map provided
• Input existing content into Blog

3) Portfolio: Use inputs provided and create company portfolio

4) Other ad-hoc duties that are more administrative in nature

Other Requirements:

• Has an interest in digital marketing
• Is curious about the office interior design industry
• Is comfortable working in a start-up
• As this role is a mix of working from home (80%) and having face-to-face meetings (20%), would require the candidate to use their personal computer / laptop
• Is comfortable handling cloud-based platforms and Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Wix
• Is comfortable with simple design work on computer
