- Job Description
Admin & HR Manager (PT/FT)
- Responsible for performing pre-screening of candidates – Job application, Reviewing Resumes, Contacting candidates to set up interview
- Responsible in managing organisation’s job posting account(s) – Generate/draft job postings, descriptions, and requirements.
- Facilitate the process of job offering and negotiate on employment terms with potential candidates
- Overall: Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process – Includes interview, selection, and closing process.
Job Requirement
- Minimum Local Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (in any discipline)
- Driven, Organised and Responsible
