Established since June 1994, Fischer Tech is a specialist manufacturer of high volume precision engineering plastic components for new electronic product innovations and is also constantly exploring new technologies to meet new sophisticated product challenges. We have injection molding machines ranging from 40 ton to 450 ton both hydraulic and electric type to undertake these challenges. In addition, Fischer Tech is also involved in the design and manufacturing of making plastic injection molds.
1) Ensure smooth launching of new program start from development stage till production.
2) Ensure of smooth transferring of tooling to another subsidiaries if applicable.
3) Responsible for new project involved in APQP, PPAP, approval of first article, including coordination of tooling and product drawing/specification.
4) Provide training to program engineer according to procedure of program management..
5) Ensure APQP process either internal or subcontractor meet the timing and requirement from customer.
6) Ensure APQP and PPAP are generated and documented from individual program development.
7) Represent the needs of customer during program development stage.
8) Responsible in Profit & Loss preparation for individual program.
9) Ensure ISO 9001, TS 16949 and core tools requirements are met according to the QMS system.
10) Understand 2D &3D tool and product drawing.
11) Knowledge in Secondary process technique.
12) Experience in injection molding.
13) Strong presentation skill.
