Fischer Bell Private Ltd – Accounting & Admin Executive

Set up locally in 2005, Fischer Bell is an industrial safety products supplier. We serve a multitude of companies across the various industries both locally and internationally by offering products and services in the area of: Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), training courses, servicing, maintenance and rental of specialized safety related equipment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for accounts payable function
• Handling of supplier/customer invoices and claims for processing and recording into system
• Filing and scanning of expenses documents (for payment process)
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely suppliers transaction payment
• Perform data entry (AP) & monthly closing procedures in the SAP system
• Maintain supporting documents required for year-end audit purposes
• Handling of export permit and delivery notes
• Any other duties as requested by the direct supervisor and manager

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures and principles and GST knowledge
• Competency in MS Office (Microsoft word, excel, outlook) and accounting software
• Basic math skills
• Ability to analyse figures
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work autonomous and as a team member
• Team player
• Personal effectiveness skill in planning, organizing, manage time and priorities
