- To plan and check combined services drawings, identify variation works and submit detailed cost implication to Manager
- Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and conduct M&E meeting
- Identify drawing discrepancies and constantly track construction progress & schedule
- Onsite supervision & coordination with sub-contractors, main contractor and consultants
- Manpower, equipment and resource allocations
- Prepare method statement, site inspection and quality checks
Job Requirements
- Diploma in M&E or Electrical Engineering
- Well versed in MS Office
- Good knowledge of technical skills
- Independent personnel who can lead on-site works
- Experience working in the construction industry would be preferrable
