Job Description
- Maintaining the Company's employees database
- Assist in the preparation and coordination for recruitment activities
- Handling of callers
- Build and lead the recruitment with the Company's recruiting company and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee database
- Administrative support to Operation Manager
- Passion for recruiting and administrative roles
- Positive attitude, consultative approach and independent
- 100% execution-minded, hands-on approach
- Proficient in Macintosh will be appreciated
- Fluent in English
