Job Description
- Ensure timely & accurate recording of invoices in Xero
- Liaise with suppliers and internal departments on any discrepancies in invoices & other supporting documents
- Review monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
- Checking and preparation of employee timesheets and monthly petty cash claims
- Ensure compliance of company process/procedures
- Maintain an efficient and systematic filing system on internal cloud system
- Other HR administrative duties such as monthly manpower reporting
