• Onboarding of new employees and offboarding of departing employees
• Administration of employees' timesheets using StaffAny
• Process payroll twice a month (Basic + OT)
• Preparation of monthly manpower related reports
• Management of HR cloud folders
• Liasion of employees walk-in enquiries
• Managing of company's WPOnline account and work pass related matters

Requirements:

• Famililar with local employment practices
• Proficient in Excel
• Positive outlook, fresh graduates may apply
• Willing to learn and not afraid of new challenges
