Job Description

Your Role Requirements

  • Maintaining the Company's employees database
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination for recruitment activities
  • Handling of callers
  • Build and lead the recruitment with the Company's recruiting company and onboarding processes 
  • Maintain and update employee database
  • Administrative support to Operation Manager
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1700.

  • Passion for recruiting and administrative roles
  • Positive attitude, consultative approach and independent
  • 100% execution-minded, hands-on approach
  • Proficient in Macintosh will be appreciated
  • Fluent in English
