Responsibilities
Content Creator (50%)
- Responsible for creating, reviewing, and editing content for the company, which will be published in the company’s websites and social media pages.
- Creating content that will catch maximum customer interest.
- Writing and reviewing content for websites, social media pages and communications.
- Monitor traffic and take new actions to improve on traffic metrics.
- Ensure that the content is compliant with the copyright and data protection laws.
- Conducting research on the key SEO terms and incorporating them into the content to achieve maximum viewership.
Sales (50%)
- Drive sales performance conversion through digital channels, meeting or exceed expectations.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and advise consumers accordingly.
- Build strong relationship with clients and uphold the image of the company.
- Continuously cultivate existing client relationships to retain revenue.
- Received feedback and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Skills & Knowledge:
- 1+ years of experience in a creative field.
- Significant experience as a TikTok user is a plus.
- History of creating content that performed well and drove attention whether for yourself or a brand.
- Deep understanding of social media ecosystem: trends, hashtags, music usage, functionalities, guidelines, and platform updates.
- A passion and interest for creating compelling brand stories that are engaging.
- Superior verbal, written, copy editing and proofreading skills.
- Experience with native social media tools and content creation apps.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced business environment while working effectively and collaboratively with team members.
