Job Description
Restaurant Manager (Full Time)
Salary range: 3 – 3.5K monthly
Responsibilities
- Have a knowledge of Liquor/ wine beverage.
- Maintain and follow up on the quality of customer service by ensuring there is a smooth service flow and handling complaints/feedback.
- Communicate daily and act as liaison between operations staff and management.
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
- Verify daily sales and submit relevant paperwork to relevant department.
- Ensure all assets of the company including equipment and supplies are well maintained.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
- Hospitality qualification (Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate diploma in F&B)
- Years of Experience: 2yrs & above
- Required skill set: F&B marketing, digital media, Sales, HR, procurement + budgeting.
- Knowledge of POS System
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of all health and safety regulations
Open to Singaporean / SPR only
Working hour: 10am – 10pm
