- Support drafting and review of contracts
- Support drafting, review and organising of various projects to produce and update contract templates
- Collaborating with various departments across the Branch including Senior Legal Counsel, Coverage, Product, Compliance and Support Functions to gather input and insights on documents
- Undertaking legal research
- Support on creating legal training and presentations
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested by the supervising lawyer
- Providing broad legal support to the Senior Legal Counsel to ensure the proper administration of the relevant function
Job Requirements:
- A law undergraduate with strong academic track record
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint Skills
- Fluent English; Chinese language skill is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn
- Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with people from different cultures and backgrounds
