Firerock Capital Pte Limited – Software Engineer

Firerock Holdings is a Hong Kong listed gaming company and their causal game business expands across Southeast Asia such as Thailand, Indonesia etc. With the promising growth potential in SEA region, Firerock Games will expand its technology team in Singapore and look to build a casual game platform to support millions of players across the region.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems and features to support regional gaming platform
• Write high-quality, clean and maintainable code using engineering best practices
• Analyse and optimize applications performance and develop high-availability system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, cross regional teams with fellow Software Engineers, Product Managers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Operations team member to build up the top tier gaming platform

Qualifications

• Good programming experience with at least one of the following languages: Go, C#, Java, Python.
• Experience with SQL, Redis.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle including distributed teamwork, agile cadences
• Good team communications and collaboration skills.
• Interest in games is preferred.
