Job Description

About this role:

We are looking for a Marketing Intern (also known as Intern, Distribution Support internally) who will be part of our Distribution team. This role will be assisting to support the marketing materials for the agencies and basic duties of the marketing clearance. This role requires someone who is creative in creating content. This role will also be reporting to the Senior Manager, Distribution Support.

Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and manage an exciting calendar of events collaterals and communications; including liaising with partners, stakeholders, vendors
  • Develop and create content for all channels such as editorial, touchpoints, e-Newsletter for webinars and engaging materials and consumers
  • Research and write articles, liaise with freelance writer or third-party marketing agencies
  • Develop and create communication collaterals such as sales kit, brochures or video or any other marketing initiatives
  • Constantly improve framework, tools and processes for marketing to enable better and more efficient workflow
  • Manage and ensure that the collaterals, webinars and campaigns by the agency / distribution comply with the company policies and guidelines
  • Maintain the marketing clearance register
  • Other adhoc projects as and when assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Marketing/ Mass Communications or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Savvy in social media
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment independently and is self-driven
  • Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resourceful, meticulous and optimistic.
  • Experience in adobe photoshop and Illustrator and Canva
  • Good computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
