Business Development Representative - Driving Growth Through Strategic Outreach

FMG is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative who thrives on building relationships and opening doors. You'll be the vital bridge between our premium digital marketing services and the industry leaders who need them most.

The Opportunity

This is a hunter's role for someone who understands that great business development is about creating value, not just making pitches. You'll work with warm leads generated through our own thought leadership campaigns, prospect on LinkedIn's executive networks, and forge strategic partnerships that accelerate our growth.

What You'll Do:

* Strategic Lead Conversion

  • Convert warm inbound leads through compelling phone conversations
  • Qualify prospects and schedule high-value meetings for our senior team
  • Follow up professionally with leads generated from our content campaigns
  • Manage and nurture prospects through our CRM pipeline

* LinkedIn Prospecting Excellence

  • Identify and connect with C-suite executives and decision-makers
  • Craft personalized outreach messages that cut through the noise
  • Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to target PLCs and high-growth companies

* Partnership Development

  • Research and identify strategic partnership opportunities
  • Initiate conversations with complementary service providers
  • Develop relationships that create mutual referral opportunities
  • Map partnership ecosystems in our target markets

* Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
  • Track and report on outreach activities and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with the team to refine messaging and approach
  • Continuously optimize outreach strategies based on results

What We're Looking For:

Essential:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Strong phone presence and conversation skills
  • Advanced LinkedIn prospecting experience (Sales Navigator preferred)
  • Excellent written communication for personalized outreach
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding targets

Highly Valued:

  • Experience selling to C-suite executives or senior leadership
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing/PR industry
  • Previous experience with PLCs or public companies
