  3. Meeting Support:

    • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and prepare summaries, action items, and follow-ups.
    • As you gain experience, you will be expected to represent the founder in meetings, providing insights and making decisions on their behalf.

  4. Coordination with Senior Management and other team members:

    • Collaborate with senior management teams across multiple companies within the conglomerate, facilitating communication and ensuring initiatives align with the founder's vision.

  5. Proactive Problem Solving:

    • Anticipate and resolve issues independently, making decisions when necessary, and providing creative solutions to various challenges.

  6. Flexibility in Working Hours:

    • Be willing to work irregular hours as needed to accommodate the founder's schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is a plus, but not mandatory. Ambitious and motivated individuals looking for a unique opportunity to gain exposure to top-level executive experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in calendar management and email coordination.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Benefits:
