Figure Factories – Business Operations Executive

Founded in 2021 by a group of avid video game and toy enthusiasts, Figure Factories gives our fellow gamers a chance to own a physical figurine of their very own customised in-game character. 

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of orders
• Extracting orders from website for production
• Tracking and editing order status on website
• Creating shipments for completed orders
• Monitoring stock for packing materials
• Other miscellaneous duties as per required

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Microsoft Excel
