Fiema International is a fast-forward fashion design and apparel manufacturing company with our fully run and owned factory in China. We work closely with local fashion brands and corporate companies, providing a one-stop service from apparel design, development, and manufacturing services,  in bringing their ideas and inspirations to life.

Job Responsibility :

• Develop business strategies and initiatives to acquire new clients, both locally and overseas.
• Source for new clients through digital marketing, cold-calling, and leading generation campaigns.
• Researching potential new leads and keeping on top of developments in the industry
• Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities.
• Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow-up.
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Work closely with the design team to manage the client’s needs.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties, projects, and initiatives as assigned and when required.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fashion-related an added advantage.
• Independent and self-starter with a hunter mentality.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• A team player with good interpersonal and social skills.
• An active user of social media

Duration of Traineeship: 6 months

Approved Training Allowance

• Fresh Graduates -$2500
• Non-Mature Mid Career Individuals -$2500
• Mature Mid Career Individuals -$2900 

Education Qualifications Required for the Traineeship Role under SGUnited Traineeship. 

This position is open for both recent graduates and mid-career individuals (mature and non-mature). Graduates interested in this position should possess a University Degree. Mid-career individuals from any qualification level can apply.
