FiberHome Singapore Pte. Ltd – Technical Solution Engineer

FiberHome Technologies Group is a leading equipment vendor and global solution provider the field of information technology and telecommunications. This high-tech enterprise is directly affiliated to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council in China. It is also the largest enterprise located in the Optics Valley, Wuhan, China.

FiberHome (Singapore) is a branch of FiberHome Group which was incorporated under the Companies Act, on and from 26/03/2019 in Singapore.

Responsibilities: 

•  Responsible for FTTx/ODN business (including the FTTx/ODN requirement collection, Full Turkey Solutions, and product introduction by PPT presentation, marketing competition analysis etc.)
• Work closely with FTTx/ODN implementation and other cross-functional teams to coordinate problem resolution.
• Project documents clarification and preparation. Assist with preparing of BOM, liaising with partner/principal on technical aspects, solution verifications, proposal writeup, customer presentations, clarifications, proof of concepts, and other related activities.
• Be the first point of contact for our customers and maintain customer relations.
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related discipline.
• Bilingual with proficiency in both English and Chinese. Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Technical skills desired: GPON, XGPON, OLT, ONU, ONT, MSAN, FTTC, FTTB, FTTX, Cloud/Internet Security.
•  Good at PowerPoint presentation and related document work.
• With excellent communication and marketing analysis skill.
• Highly initiative with positive energy.
• Working experience in Telco/Networking/IT companies will be an added advantage, familiar with FTTx and ODN products is preferred.
