As a Video Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our video production team throughout the entire production process. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in the exciting world of video production.

What you’ll do… 

• Support and assist in the setup and breakdown of video shoots, including lighting, camera equipment, and props. Creating log sheets and keeping notes if needed.

• Manage and organise equipment inventory.

• Coordinate talent and crew schedules.

• Assist in sorting and organising footage. 

• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for video content.

• Perform administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the video production process.

• Attending site recces with team when needed.

• Managing production logistics on shoots

• Confident when communicating with clients on shoot, conducting basic interviews on set when required

What you’ll have…

• A diploma or relevant coursework in film, video production, or a related field is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of video production.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in video editing software is a plus.
