Primarily, update database via internet research, magazines and newspapers. Find prospective buyers suitable for the project.
Make calls to prospects, educate & invite them regarding the project. (No selling)
Make follow up calls to check and verify receipt of information sent and/or find out interest level of participation
Send personalized & blast emails regarding the event (promotional/marketing)
Prepare & present reports on the progress of the project & work done
