We are looking for a People Operations Intern to join our dynamic People Operations team.
Job Description
People Operations Intern
- The role provides incumbent with exposure and learning opportunities about different aspects of People Operations.
- Support People Ops Manager and Specialists to drive People-focus priorities and agenda for FedEx Singapore.
- Leverage on data and analytical/automated tools to enhance or improve People-related initiatives.
Requirements:
- Full-time student majoring in Business, HR, International Relations, Sociology, Psychology or related fields seeking a matriculated internship.
- Previous relevant internship experience in any HR-field is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Curious and passionate about People and Culture.
- Excellent organizational skills; detailed oriented; process-driven.
- Effective communication skills.
- Adaptable.
