We are looking for a People Operations Intern to join our dynamic People Operations team.

People Operations Intern 

• The role provides incumbent with exposure and learning opportunities about different aspects of People Operations.
• Support People Ops Manager and Specialists to drive People-focus priorities and agenda for FedEx Singapore.
• Leverage on data and analytical/automated tools to enhance or improve People-related initiatives.

Requirements:

• Full-time student majoring in Business, HR, International Relations, Sociology, Psychology or related fields seeking a matriculated internship.
• Previous relevant internship experience in any HR-field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Curious and passionate about People and Culture.
• Excellent organizational skills; detailed oriented; process-driven.
• Effective communication skills.
• Adaptable.
