Brand Nation focuses on creating direct-to-consumer lifestyle brands via social media channels. We believe that the way commerce has traditionally been done is fundamentally changing through social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube and others, which have ultimately transformed the way people search for, and shop, brands online.
Within only 8 weeks we successfully launched our first direct-to-consumer brand focusing on natural and sustainable beauty products (Instagram: @sennatural). We are now planning the launch of more brands across various sectors and are therefore looking for talented, motivated, and highly entrepreneurial individuals that think out of the box, love to drive outcome and ‘get things done’.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit suitable social Influencers that can represent our brands as ambassadors
- Assess pre-defined, and develop new, success criteria for Influencers
- Manage Influencer and customer relations via social media
- Track performance and success of Influencer cooperations
- Manage and coordinate Influencer schedules and campaigns
- Develop online marketing strategies and create social media postings
- Continuous development and improvement of our direct-consumer brands through challenging the status quo and coming up with actionable recommendations
- Putting recommendations from idea into practice
- Independently identify bottlenecks and propose solutions
Requirements
- Must use and understand social platforms like Instagram!
- Recently completed/ currently studying business, marketing or psychology
- Proactive and hands-on mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset to get things done independently without major supervision
- Ability to lead and drive your own projects
- Excellent organization, communication and presentation skills
- Keen interest, ideally already experience, with social media platforms and marketing
- Fluent in English or native English speaker
