- Job Description
We are looking for someone who loves engaging in improving user experiences and has a passion for impressing customers with a fantastic user experience. We want every customer to be fascinated with our service; we are trying to build a raving fan base here!
Skills needed:
- Experience in Woocommerce, WordPress. Basic amendments, banners, uploading videos, blogs, new products etc- Experience in handling business/e-commerce facebook pages and IG. Optimize the experience for a user when he or she browses products, photos, catalogue, copies.
-Handle user enquiries through FB and IG, and using it to build auto replies and FAQ links for efficiency
-Interest in photography, videography, photoshop! We will be doing shoots now and then as part of marketing collaterals
