With a background in import and distribution of live mud crabs to restaurants in Singapore for the past 7 years, the FatCrab mission is to provide crab-lover chefs with the best crabs and spice up their family gatherings with a shiok crab experience. Our vision is to be the most recognised and trusted crab brand in Singapore.
The FatCrab brand is one that represents trustworthiness, friendliness, and having an adventurous and fun spirit.
We are looking for someone who loves engaging in improving user experiences and has a passion for impressing customers with a fantastic user experience. We want every customer to be fascinated with our service; we are trying to build a raving fan base here!
Skills needed:
- Experience in Woocommerce, WordPress. Basic amendments, banners, uploading videos, blogs, new products etc
- Experience in handling business/e-commerce facebook pages and IG. Optimize the experience for a user when he or she browses products, photos, catalogue, copies.
-Handle user enquiries through FB and IG, and using it to build auto replies and FAQ links for efficiency
-Interest in photography, videography, photoshop! We will be doing shoots now and then as part of marketing collaterals
