To join us in that journey, we're looking for a motivated, creative and hands-on Social Media Intern focusing mainly on TikTok to drive our online acquisition and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing the FastJobs TikTok account
- Filming and editing engaging videos for TikTok
- Managing & reporting of marketing campaigns against goals
- Assisting in any marketing related tasks and events
The success of this role will be measured on the following criteria:
- User base growth and engagement
- Data-driven approach in developing and executing marketing campaigns
- Constructive collaboration with the FastJobs team
The Successful Applicant
As a successful applicant, you will have:
- Experience using and creating videos on TikTok (if you have any videos on TikTok that you've done and are proud of, send them to us as a bonus!)
- A can-do attitude and a proactive work style, taking initiative to respond and propose solutions without being closely managed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high energy environment
- Strong collaborative player with excellent attitude and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, multi-task and follow-up with an eye for detail
