Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of technicians in delivering facilities management and M&E services across assigned properties.
- Plan and assign daily tasks, ensuring performance standards and service quality are met.
- Coordinate and implement maintenance programmes for building infrastructure, Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) and M&E plant and equipment.
- Recommend and oversee repair works, renovations, and equipment replacement.
- Prepare and review tender specifications for M&E works.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality of services, compliance and adherence to safety procedures and equipment standards.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and contractors on maintenance and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Facility Management or equivalent, with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good planning and organisational skills, coupled with ability to work independently and in a team.
