Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

Marketing

  • Update social media platforms, write copy and create images for social media posts

  • Build customer relationships and respond to customer queries and feedback on social media and Google pages

  • Perform market analysis and research on competition

  • Support the marketing team in campaign execution and admin tasks

Business Development

  • Support the growth of online business by managing the various platforms

  • Support the growth of corporate sales by facilitating sales orders

  • Opportunity to take part in special projects (e.g. technology & digital initiatives)

Administrative 

  • Attend meetings and take minutes

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
