Fabulous Swim has been transforming swim education since 2013. We specialize in door-to-door swimming lessons and have recently expanded to our indoor swim school, focusing on infants and toddlers
At Fabulous Swim, we empower lives through transformative swim coaching. Our mission is to equip children with lifelong skills and confidence by providing safe, engaging, and holistic lessons. We believe learning to swim should be joyful, personalized, and enriching for every child.
We’re looking for a reliable and proactive individual to manage the daily operations of our swim school. You will play an essential role in ensuring the school runs smoothly, is clean and welcoming for families, and supports the team with opening and closing routines.
Working Hours:
Weekdays: 4.30 pm to 9.30 pm
Weekends: 8.30 am–12.30 pm or 4.30 pm–9.30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Open or close the swim school according to the daily schedule
Provide basic customer assistance or direct enquiries to the relevant team members
Handle sales of drinks and ice cream, including tracking inventory and collecting payments
Maintain overall cleanliness and tidiness of the school, including poolside, waiting areas, and restrooms
Monitor and refill stock items such as toilet paper, soap, tissues, etc.
Support the team with basic maintenance and troubleshooting (e.g. checking fans, lights, minor fixes)
Work closely with coaches and management to support smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
Responsible and punctual
Friendly and approachable personality
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable with light cleaning and basic maintenance tasks
Prior experience in operations or facilities support is a plus
Basic knowledge of using digital payment tools (e.g. PayNow, QR codes, etc.)
