To deliver Professional Commercial Kitchen solutions

• Prepare & handle full set of export shipping documents (including LC documentation) promptly and accurately. 
• Provide close follow up and monitoring of delivery schedule with internal departments eg, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse, to ensure timely export shipment to customer.
• Issue Request for Quotation for freight rate comparison. 
• Resolve issues/complaints on all export shipment matters.
• File insurance claims to insurance company for damaged goods reported.
• Verify export freight invoice against quotation to ensure billing is done correctly and perform freight adjustment to the ERP system to meet month end closing.
