- Monitor and co-ordinate import & export shipments
- Handling and preparation of shipping documents (eg: delivery order / billing of lading, tax invoice, arrival notice and others)
- Arranging and coordinating for transportation / trucking
- Liaise with consignee / shipper on import shipment's arrangements; Data entry and other assignments
