Expressions Wellness Redefined is a lifestyle service provider offering total health, beauty and spa services. It offers a wide range of services including face & body contouring and spa therapy, all supported by an exclusive selection of quality retail services and high technology equipment.

The Spa Management Trainee will be responsible for overseeing the customers’ service experience and support the services staff in arranging the wellness services appointments.

Our trainees will:

- Play a part in our digital marketing strategy by engaging potential customers on our social media platforms
- Manage and arrange customers' services appointment + photographing satisfied customers!
- Handle POS and payments
- Assist the Manager in duty rostering and inventory management
- Proactively develop customer relationships
- Seek new ways to enhance and improve overall customer experience

Required Skills:

- Fluent in English and able to translate to Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Proven track record in Customer Service and Engagement
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem solver
- Ability to multitask
- Team player
- Knowledge of other languages is desirable
- Flexibility around working hours
