Job Description

The Spa Management Trainee will be responsible for overseeing the customers’ service experience and support the services staff in arranging the wellness services appointments.

Our trainees will:

- Play a part in our digital marketing strategy by engaging potential customers on our social media platforms
- Manage and arrange customers' services appointment + photographing satisfied customers!
- Handle POS and payments
- Assist the Manager in duty rostering and inventory management
- Proactively develop customer relationships
- Seek new ways to enhance and improve overall customer experience

Required Skills:

- Fluent in English and able to translate to Mandarin (in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
- Proven track record in Customer Service and Engagement
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Excellent organizational skills
- Problem solver
- Ability to multitask
- Team player
- Knowledge of other languages is desirable
- Flexibility around working hours
