This position is a member of the marketing department, supporting digital marketing activities by planning, implementing and managing the Company’s overall Search Engine Optimization strategy.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Work with web developers and marketing team to plan and develop SEO and SEM strategies
• Manage Google Adwords account to implement management-approved SEM campaigns
• Perform thorough keywords research regularly to compile and update keyword list
• Identify key SEO KPIs
• Script creative Ad copy
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Prepare and present reports of SEO strategy regularly
• Identify consumer persona to better target identified audiences
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization
• Research and analyse competitors backlinks
• Work with marketing team to incorporate SEO in content creation
• Recommend changes to website to improve SEO position for target keywords

Requirements

• 2019 / 2020 Fresh graduates with marketing degree or equivalent
• Google Adword certification
• Strong Analytical skills
• Creative writing skills
• The ability to work independently and in a team to meet deadlines
• Pays strong attention to details
