Intern will be in direct interactions with the tourists and local customers to provide excellent service for the Company's spa services. Responsibilities may include but not limited to: - Attend to customer enquiries on spa services - Assist customers in appointment booking for spa services - Promote spa services to customers - Collect payments from customers - Handle any customer complains - Gather service reviews from customers - Ensure good merchandising presentation of the products and marketing materials in store - Maintain good spa environment in store - Any other related responsibilities Requirements: - Preferably with prior customer service experience - Able to commit weekends Work location: Jewel Changi Airport - 11am to 9pm, 5 to 6 days work week including weekends About Us: Ning is a first class spa located a the travel hub at Jewel Changi, offering luxurious massage service to pamper locals and tourists.
