Expressions Pte Ltd – eCommerce and Inventory Assistant #SGUnitedTraineeship

Candidate will be supporting the Company’s E-commerce business through direct management of the Company’s E-commerce platforms. Trainee will also play a key role in inventory management.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Participate in E-commerce marketing proposal and strategy planning
• Publish product listing, creating product promotions and e- vouchers on various E-commerce platforms
• Monitor, process and arranging delivery for online orders
• Fulfil stock requisition from outlets
• Perform stock take to update the inventory count and monitor inventory status
• Coordinate with vendors for stock acquisition
• Creating PLU code for new stocks
• Conduct quality checks for stocks

Eligibility Criteria

• Singaporean / PR with Degree in E-commerce, Supply Chain or relevant
• Graduated in 2019 or graduating in 2020
• Familiar with E-commerce platforms would be favorable
• Customer Oriented with strong analytic skills

• Work Location: 160 Paya Lebar
• Working Hours: 9.30am to 7pm
