This position will be supporting the Company’s day to day accounting function by providing clerical and administrative support to the Senior Accountant.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Generate sales report from point-of-sales system to document daily sales
• Assist in financial accounting and reportinv such as accounts receivables and payables
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and year end closing
• Identify errors in sales invoices and carry out rectification
• Other office administrative and accounting related matters

Requirements:

• Only Singaporean
• At least a degree in Accounting equivalent
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field will be preferred
• A high proportion of Chinese speaking staff, English and Chinese translation skills are essential
• Good with mathematical calculations and has basic Accounting Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• High EQ, meticulous, excellent interpersonal skills, able to multi-task
