Expressions Pte Ltd – Accounting Intern

Intern will be supporting accounting functions and partial HR function of a beauty retail company. Responsibilities are as follow but not limited to: - Check daily receivables from the retail outlets - Identify errors in sales invoices and the POS system and carry out rectification - Enter journal entries for receivables and payables into software - Process retail vouchers reimbursement - Assist in commission calculation for payroll - Process staff claims and staff insurance - Adhoc reporting of expenses, budgeting and forecasting Requirements: - Possess accounting knowledge and mathematical skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel Work location: 160 Paya Lebar Road - 9:30am – 7:00pm
