Expressions Pte Ltd – Accounting / HR Internship

This position will allow candidates to apply basic accounting skills in real life. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Assist Accountant in Accounts Payable and Receivable, monthly bookkeeping
• Assist with the processing of payroll, commissions, medical claims and employee insurance application
• Maintain all employee records such as attendance, punctuality and annual leave record
• Manage recruitment process, work pass application, filing of employment contracts
• Familiar with government grants and programme application (e.g. WSG WorkPro and Career trial programme)
• Other office administration and employee related matters

Requirements:

• Only Singaporean
• At least a diploma in Human Resource Management or Accounting equivalent
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
• A high proportion of Chinese speaking staff, English and Chinese translation skills are essential
• Good with mathematical calculations
• Basic Accounting Skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• High EQ, meticulous, excellent interpersonal skills, able to multi-task
