- Job Description
Intern will be supporting accounting functions and partial HR function of a beauty retail company.
Responsibilities are as follow but not limited to:
Check daily receivables from the retail outlets
Identify errors in sales invoices and the POS system and carry out rectification
Enter journal entries for receivables and payables into software
Process retail vouchers reimbursement
Assist in commission calculation for payroll
Process staff claims and staff insurance
Adhoc reporting of expenses, budgeting and forecasting
Requirements:
Possess accounting knowledge and mathematical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Work location: 160 Paya Lebar Road - 9am – 6.30pm
