Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support senior consultant(s) in collecting, analysing and presenting information on different industry sectors and corporate players. He/she will collect information from published sources and telephonic research to support background research on multiple live executive search assignments. The experience will help develop skills in secondary research and analysis.
Requirements
- Undergraduate/Diploma students in Singapore universities/polytechnics
- Eager learners with an interest in research-driven career or in Human Resources
- Strong abilities in internet-based research and analysis.
- Ability to manage and organize data and work on multiple concurrent assignments
- Hands-on. Willing to work in a boutique firm with a lean team
- Some exposure to secondary market research preferred, but not essential.
- Good interpersonal and general conversation skills.
- Resourceful and perseverant.
