Job Description
Responsibilities
The selected candidate be part of a team of finance and accounting professionals and will be responsible for:
- Support in preparation of full set of accounts for some group companies
- Periodical consolidation of group financial statements under IFRS/FRS
- Support in Quarterly and year-end closing of accounts
- Assist in preparation for internal/external audits
- Assist in managing banking transactions
- GST Filing & Tax Submission to relevant authorities.
Requirements
Ideal candidates will have:
- Degree/Diploma in Accounting or business.
- An ACCA/CPA qualification would be advantageous.
- At least 2-4 years of work experience in Accounting and Finance function. Fresh graduate with Accounting degree may apply too.
- Exposure to group level accounting and consolidation preferred
- Hands-on knowledge of TALLY, MYOB, FACT or similar accounting systems
- Hands-on. Meticulous. Independent. Good learner.
- Good written and oral English communication skills.
- Cross cultural sensitivity. Expected to interact with counterparts in other parts of the world.
