The Learning Experience
Most design internships have you tweaking templates or watching someone else do the real work. Not here.
From week one, you'll be designing across two of the most meaningful areas of our business - marketing materials that parents and students actually see, and curriculum resources that land directly in classrooms. Every project you complete is a real deliverable, not a practice exercise.
By the time you finish, you'll have a portfolio that shows genuine range from digital, print, education, and marketing and a clear understanding of what it actually takes to design for a real audience with real expectations.
This isn't about keeping you busy. It's about making you genuinely work-ready.
What you'll walk away with:
A portfolio of real, published work across marketing and education design - not school mock-ups
The ability to interpret a brief, ask the right questions, and deliver without endless back-and-forth - the skill that separates junior designers from hireable ones
Hands-on experience across social media, print, packaging, and curriculum materials - versatility that stands out to future employers
A deep understanding of designing for a real audience (children, parents, and educators)
Mentorship and honest feedback from a senior team member who will help you connect every project to the bigger picture"
