- Explore ways to reach out to the corporate HRs 

- Doing marketing campaigns, EDM to market our apartments

- Performing cold calls, door knock, attending conferences, events to generate leads and obtain new clients

- Brainstorming ideas to improve our current processes

- Other adhoc duties 

Mandatory Requirements:

- Possess a "can-do" attitude

- Initiative, always seeking ways to improve

- Knowledge in Sales and Marketing

- Well-verse in conversational and written English. 

- Knowing Chinese is a plus
